Associate Professor and Chair of the Business Department at Bethany Lutheran College, United States.
Dr. Elizabeth Olson has been teaching at the college level for over ten years, teaching for seven years at Pepperdine University before moving to Bethany Lutheran College where she is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Business Department as well as Chair of the Taylor Leadership Institute. She received a BA from Hamline University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, a MA and PhD from Claremont Graduate University.

Prof. Dr. Sheeba Kapil
Dr. Sheeba Kapil is a Professor and Head of the Finance Department at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. She also holds concurrent leadership roles as Head of Graduate Studies and Head of International Collaboration for the ICCD. She plays a pivotal role in international accreditation initiatives at IIFT and serves as an editor for both FOCUS WTO and the IIFT-IBMR Journal. Assoc. Prof. Khansa Zaman
Dr. Khansa Zaman is an Associate Professor of Marketing at SZABIST University, Islamabad, Pakistan. With a strong background in marketing strategy, big data analytics, and digital consumer behavior, she has contributed to several national and international research projects. Dr. Zaman has published in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals and has actively served as a curriculum designer, program leader, and cluster head in business education. Her current research focuses on the intersection of data-driven marketing, organizational agility, and firm performance, particularly in emerging market contexts. She is also engaged in academic leadership roles aimed at strengthening industry-academia linkages and promoting research excellence in business education.

Ass. Prof. Dr. Lucia Talarico
Lucia Talarico (PhD) is an Assistant Professor of Business Economics at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Pisa (Italy), where she teaches Financial Statement Analysis. She also teaches financial accounting in the Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Sciences, organized by the University of Pisa, the University of Pavia and the University of Lugano in partnership with Fondazione Campus in Lucca, Tuscany (Italy). She is a member of the Research Group on Business Valuation of the Italian Society of Accounting and Business Economics Professors (SIDREA). Her main research interests include accounting history, financial accounting, financial analysis, business valuation, competitive strategies, and sustainability management.
Dr. Constance Ehiozee
Dr. Constance Ehiozee is a Chartered Health & Safety Consultant with Bureau Veritas and a Strategic Leadership Expert, holding a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Health & Safety Leadership and an MSc (Distinction) in Safety, Health & Environmental Management. A globally recognised authority in occupational health, she serves on the BSI HS1/TC 283 committee overseeing the international review of ISO 45001. She is the bestselling author of My W3 Journal, a wellbeing and goal-tracking tool inspiring personal excellence. Dr. Constance was honoured with the Afrisafe 2024 Best of Africans in Diaspora Award, delivered a keynote at the International Conference on Leadership, Culture and Talent Management in Paris, and was a featured speaker at the Canada International Conference on SDG 2024. Nominated for the 2025 Safety & Health Excellence Rising Star Award, she is a passionate advocate for strategic compliance, holistic wellbeing, and transformative leadership on the global stage.
Dr. August Cesarec
August Cesarec graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb in July 2012, earning a graduate degree in Finance. In January 2017 he completed a postgraduate programme Leadership and Management of Health Services at the University of Zagreb’s School of Medicine. From January 2017 he has been employed at the Department of Finance, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. From February 2023 he works as a Higher Teaching and Research Assistant (Postdoctoral Researcher). He successfully defended his PhD dissertation titled “Determinants of non-performing exposures and economic impact on the financial stability in the European Union” in October 2022. He was awarded the “Dr. Pero Jurković” award for his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb. His research interests include non-performing loans, bank profitability, bank loans and the regulation and supervision of the financial system.
Ms. Anita Pavković
Anita Pavković graduated at the Faculty of Economics and Business in 1998, major Finance, and in 2003 she obtained Mr Sc degree. In December 2007 she successfully completed her PhD dissertation. From 2024 she is a Full professor – tenured at the Department of Finance, University of Zagreb. Professor Pavković is a Course Coordinator for „Bank Management“ and „Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Sector“ at the Integrated University Graduate Programme. Professor Pavković participated in more than 20 international scientific conferences and is author or co-author of more than 100 scientific or professional papers. She was a mentor or member of the Committee in numerous PhD, MSc, Specialist postgraduate programme, MA and BA theses. From 2014-2018 she was a Vice-dean for Business Processes and Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Business. She is an Editor-in-chief of Faculty journal. She gained Deans' recognition of the Faculty of Economics and Business.

Vibhooti Mishra is a doctoral scholar at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. Her area of research is understanding the acquisitions by Strategic and Private equity Acquirer. She is a recipient of the NET-JRF qualification, a testament to her academic excellence. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies for three years and guest faculty in Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. Tina Tri Kusumawati is a Master’s student in Management at Diponegoro University, Indonesia, with academic interests in financial management, financial technology, and sustainability. Dr. Subadar Agathee Ushad
Dr. Subadar Agathee Ushad is currently an Associate Professor in Finance at the Faculty of Law and Management, University of Mauritius. He holds a Phd in Finance from the University of Mauritius and an MSc International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading, Uk. His research interests are mainly stock market anomalies, corporate governance, corporate finance amongst others.
